We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery if the product is unused and is in its original condition. The customer is to use the original packaging the item was sent in, use the business address listed for the return address, and use their desired carrier to complete the return. Once the business receives the package we will refund the full order amount minus any shipping costs or additional fees. We do not offer exchanges, but we can provide a new product if the product received is not exceptional to the customer. The original product must be shipped back before the start of any new order request and the refund process completed.
In the event that an order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at lovelydayscreations@outlook.com with the order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
