Chunky Softness Scarves
Scarf is handmade and comes with a Lovely Days Creations leather tag.
Hand wash or machine wash on gentle cycle with cold water. Highly recommended to lay flat to dry. This will help keep the shape of the yarn. May tumble dry on low.
Do NOT bleach, iron, or dry clean. This may ruin the yarn.
Tip: To prevent the scarves from knotting, keep on a hanger when not in use and use a mesh garment bag when washing/drying.

All online orders for in stock items are processed within 1-3 business days and will ship out and be delivered within 3-5 business days for a flat-rate shipping fee.

We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery if the product is unused and is in its original condition. The customer is to use the original packaging the item was sent in, use the business address listed for the return address, and use their desired carrier to complete the return. Once the business receives the package we will refund the full order amount minus any shipping costs or additional fees. We do not offer exchanges, but we can provide a new product if the product received is not exceptional to the customer. The original product must be shipped back before the start of any new order request and the refund process completed.
In the event that an order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at lovelydayscreations@outlook.com with the order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
